Consumer Rights

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is received faulty, damaged or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Evidence such as photographs will be required. Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with UK law.
Natural Materials
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, markings and tone are inherent characteristics and do not constitute faults.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before purchase. Orders cannot be amended once processed.
