Every cut of leather is unique. No two products will look exactly the same—each item carries its own distinct character. Our leather will age and develop marks differently than mass-produced store-bought leather, which is part of its beauty. Over time, your product will take on its own identity. Please expect some natural markings, textures, and subtleties with any leather product offered.

ORDERS

All Leather Wallet and Belt Co. products are made to order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you when ordered. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Please check our homepage for estimated production times, as they may vary depending on current demand. Custom requests may extend production times.

Each item is handcrafted with the highest quality and attention to detail by skilled artisans who take pride in their craft.

SHIPPING

  • Orders will be shipped 1-3 days after production is complete.
  • We offer worldwide shipping! However, please be aware that import fees and taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for these charges.
  • Buyers must ensure a safe and secure delivery location.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages once the courier (USPS, UPS, or any other carrier) marks the package as delivered. If you are having your package delivered to a business or shared location, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

At Leather Wallet and Belt Co., every product is made to order with precision and craftsmanship. Due to this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

PARTIAL OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF:

  • The item is not in its original condition (damaged, missing parts, or altered for reasons not due to our error).

WARRANTY

We deeply appreciate your trust in Leather Wallet and Belt Co. and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every product is carefully made with attention to detail, but in the rare case that something does not go as planned, we offer a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

  • If a product has a defect in material or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it.
  • If repairs are not possible, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the original purchase value.
  • If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a store credit of equal value.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear (patina, aging, scratches)
  • Neglect, misuse, or improper care
  • Staining or exposure to liquids (e.g., using your wallet as a coaster or taking it for a swim)

We want you to feel confident in the durability of our products and their ability to stand the test of time.
